Brief Answer:
KINDLY PROVIDE FEW MORE DETAILS

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Can you clarify what you meant by multiple delivery ?
How long were you hospitalized ?
How big was the baby ?
Did the episiotomy heal in time ?
Was this your first delivery ?
Why were the antibiotics prescribed ?
Was a vaginal swab or endometrial biopsy done ?
Why do you suspect endometritis ?
Does the temperature rise above 38 ?
Please write back with the details requested so that I can guide you further.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

a got twins firs baby weight was 2670 second 2690 (on the 37 week), they induce labour, they cant break water from first time, just on third time get that done, after delivery i spend there just one and half day,the did the episiotomy heal on time i dont know they didn't check me after the labour, no it was my second delivery,i were on the postnatal check where i said that i get discharge and abdominal pain, she didnt check me just prescribe this antibiotics and said if not help to come back, not vaginal swab or biopsy done, i just think that can be about the conditions of symptoms and my filling, and after delivery in hospital when she take a catheter out said that i got some inflammation...about temperature today is first day when was 38.7

Brief Answer:
PLEASE INSIST ON CHECKUP AND WORKUP.

Detailed Answer:
Okay, the symptoms might be those of endometritis, but the fever would be prolonged and high grade in that case.
You need a vaginal swab and endometrial biopsy to confirm the diagnosis for sure.
Please insist on getting that done.
Also a transvaginal ultrasound scan to check that the uterus is completely empty and healed completely.
You need to insist on a checkup, and it is unwise to take antibiotics without a proper internal check up.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
CONSULT AN OB - GYN

Detailed Answer:
The scan, swab and biopsy with internal exam is best done by an obstetrician.
You would have to ask your GP for a referral.
The results can be had within a week.
Take care.
