Brief Answer:
Consult Gastroenterolgist

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

Intestinal resection is usually associated with malabsorption due to decrease in surface area where absorption occurs. This leads to malabsorption diarrhoea and loose motion.
If there is absence of blood and no weight loss then there is no cause for concern. It usually resolves in 6 to 8 months of time. Following suggestions will be helpful

1. Ensure intake of small quantity of meals more frequently

2. Anti motility drug like Loperamide in consultation with your Physician will be helpful

3. Avoid carbonated / alcohol / caffeinated beverage

4. Probiotic

A routine assessment by your Gastroenterolgist will be helpful.

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
