Suggest Remedy For Dazed Feeling While Suffering From Sore Throat And Fever
Question: my wife has grogginess difficulty processing thoughts sore throat and a fever that is under control with tylenol. seven days ago she was intimate with a man that just got back from asia. they only kissed hard and touched so far as she told me and we just got a cat with an upper respiratory infection that we are treating with at least two different types of antibiotics. What could my wife have?

2. Cat linked bacteria such as Pasteurella and Bartonella are rarely known to cause infections in humans (zoonosis). Disorientation is seen in these types of zoonosis.
3. As she has grogginess, it is better to get her admitted to a hospital. Throat swabs and blood cultures should be done along with other routine investigations.
4. Viral fevers have no specific treatment, only supportive care and most zoonotic infections respond to common antibiotics. Hence she should recover but you will not be able to clinch the diagnosis or prevent a relapse if she is treated at home.
