Suggest Remedy For Continued Bleeding After Taking Pause 500 Tablets
Question: My wife is pregnant according to LMP her 8 weeks completed but in usg it showed 5 week 5 days. On the same day of USG , our GYN. Doctor gave her 2 injections named Proluton depot 500 and FertiGyn HP 5000. After around 2hrs, she felt bleeding and we called Gyn. and she gave tablet PAUSE 500 to stop same and prescribed to take it after every 6 hrs till 6 tablets.
She has already taken 4 tablets but still bleeding is there , sometime less sometime more. Please Advise.

As per the USG, the size of the baby does not correspond to the period of gestation. The chances of abortion are present. Was there any heart beat present at the time of ultrasound scan? Please attach the detailed report for proper analysis.
Right now your wife is getting the right treatment to stop the bleeding and to prevent the placenta from detachment. Take absolute rest and avoid any strenuous activities. In case the bleeding continues then get a repeat ultrasound scan done to detect any fetal cardiac activity.

Absence of heart beat is suggestive of missed abortion. If the bleeding is continuing even after the treatment then it is difficult to retain the baby inside. You can get her serum HCG levels evaluated. In case the levels are decreasing then it confirms the missed abortion.

Last Period First Date : 11th Nov.
Date of Conception (Likely) : 7th Dec.
Test by Pregnancy Kit : 20th Dec. (Test Positive)
So, ideally, by 8th XXXXXXX it would be 5 Week and 5 days only from date of conception .. but as per our Gyn. it is 8th week .. can you please explain us on this .. it will be very helpful.
