Brief Answer:
upper respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,
From the symptoms you just described There are 2 possibilities I feel you are

1) upper respiratory tract infection (URTI). URTI can cause bad taste in mouth, difficulty in swallowing. The ear symptoms are due to block of the Eustachian tube. This tube connects the ear to the back of the nose and gets blocked during upper respiratory tract infection. These infections are generally viral in nature and hence do not require any treatment , they resolve on their own. It you are having any pain then you can take a pain killer like Tylenol after checking the dose. For ear fullness you can decongestant nose drops like otrivin. Instill 3 drops in each nostril 3 times a day and follow it up with steam inhalation for 5 days. This will open your Eustachian tube. Upper respiratory tract infection will never cause chest discomfort or back pain.

2) Another possibility is gastro esophageal reflux disease. It can cause foreign body sensation in the throat, chest discomfort, burping, bad taste in mouth. It can be treated easily with proton pump inhibitors.

I suggest you see a physician soon because only examination will help us come to a diagnosis.

feel free to follow up,
