Brief Answer:
It seems like subconjunctival hemorrhage and no need to be worried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. DADAPEER K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having bruise around the eye with subconjunctival hemorrhage.
These symptoms are because of collection of blood in the layers of the skin of the eyelids and under conjunctiva as a result of bleeding from the injury.

This will resolve slowly as the blood gets absorbed.
If your vision is normal and there is no pain then no need to be worried.
Use of cold compression and vitamin C tablets will help in early resolution of the symptoms.
If possible do send a photo of the affected eye so that I can confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
