Brief Answer:
?Cholecystitis ? Peptic ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.

Acute pain in the right side of the stomach could be due to acute cholecystitis.
An ultrasound scan will help to know whether you suffer from cholecystitis.
It will also help to know whether you have kidney stones on the right which can also cause similar pain.
Other likely cause is peptic ulcer.

TB and hepatitis C causing acute abdominal pain is less likely.
Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.Barani
