I have reviewed both the links.
You can definitely expect skin rejuvination and improvement in texture with fractional carbon dioxide laser.
Multiple sitting every 4-6 weeks will be required.
Microneedling won't be of much help to you.
You can also consider going for botox injections for your wrinkles and deep creases.
Also Platelet rich plasma ( PRP ) therapy will give you youthful fresh appearance. Multiple sittings will be required every 4-6 weeks.
All these procedures can give you upto 50-60 percent improvement than before.
There is nothing that can completely change your present appearance.

Looking over these trailer trash marks on my damn face (I THINK they're anxiety age marks, you know, the kind that the President's stress syndrome makes a President's baby face look like a wrinkled bed sheet after a few years in office)...
