follow the advises.. maintain a healthy lifestyle..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXX,
Sorry for the delay in my response due to work schedule..

Coming directly to the concerns based on the responses, I'm explaining them as per the severity as follows :

You must get involved in to weight loss program without any further delay (the calculated BMI is 44.4 i.e. as per your age group is more than 98th percentile), so it's quite on the higher side of obesity..

Yes, I understand how much stressful it can be for a HR manager to handle all those high end stress but it's even high time for you to start focusing at your health (your health is your ultimate wealth)..

Do Not worry about the pain related symptoms post-viral, it'll be resolved within a few more weeks only..you can take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg after food on SOS basis (not to exceed more than 3 times a day)..

Try to focus on eating more fresh fruits, vegetables with lean protein like chicken, fish etc. start remodeling your diet habit immediately, replacing your daily wheat/ flour products to whole grain/ whole wheat products will be extremely helpful..try not to indulge in to packaged foods/drinks and always try to have them fresh.. avoid processed fast/junk foods at the XXXXXXX (no pizza, burger, excessive sweets etc.)..

Although everything is normal as per description, I'd still suggest to look in to it further (as it's not clear what all investigations were done in the first place, but since it's viral infection so mostly will be limited to CBC, LFT, KFT along with viral Ag/Ab detection etc.), so please go ahead with few more relevant investigations i.e. FBS, PPBS, HBA1C, Lipid Profile, Thyroid Function Test, Urine R.M, Serum Calcium, Vit-D3 & B 12 level, Urine R.M (if not done already)..

Your body metabolism has got extremely altered due to this work life duration, so taking a break from all these for a few days won't be such a bad idea..ensure to drink a lot of water, ~3 ltr per day, it'll help in keeping body's metabolism active, and try to munch on healthy foods(fresh seasonal fruits, whole grain oven baked/roasted snacks instead of deep fried/junk foods)..

With all these being said, you must join a proper Weight loss program (google it in your neighborhood), as it's the most important activity for you (it's a complete package where you'll be put in to motivational groups, gym under proper supervision, diet chart maintenance under supervision of a dietitian to keep your daily progress updated and modified accordingly)..

Let me know if there's any further queries, I'll be glad to clarify..

Take care
Kind Regards
