Brief Answer:
Keep good oral hygiene;gargle with warm water&salt if small size...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I understand your concern.

The very first thing to manage the bad breathe problem, is to identify what is really causing it:
- chronic tonsillitis or tonsil stones
- GERD or other stomach issues
- bad teeth
- poor oral hygiene

Keeping a good oral hygiene is an important step to get rid of tonsil stones. Next, the definite treatment will depend on the size of tonsil stones:

- if small: gargle with warm water and salt; sometimes, can pick them with a cotton swab; but in most of cases, if small, no special treatment is required except for keeping a good oral hygiene

- if bigger: surgical removal is required

Hope it was of help!
