Brief Answer:
Do not worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I have gone through your question and attached image.I understand your concerns but don't worry. You may start her on a pain relief medication such as Ibuprofen or paracetamol for 2 days. This will also help in relieving the swelling by anti-inflammatory action. Continue with ice pack application. It will be useful. Once the swelling improves then you may apply diclofenac gel for pain relief at local area. No need for any other intervention at present.

Hopefully this will help her. In case she doesn't show any improvement in next 2 days then visit a pediatrician for proper clinical evaluation and definitive treatment.

Take care

I hope it is not hurt her back bone, she is not complaining about pain. We are worried only because of the swelling.

She feels pain only if we touch it.

No need to worry

Hi
Do not worry. It will improve with the treatment I suggested. Ice pack application and ibuprofen/paracetamol will help in relieving swelling. The location of injury is unlikely to cause any serious problems.
