Brief Answer:
probably venous isufficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

Swollen feet are common and usually not cause for concern, particularly if you have been standing or walking a lot.
But feet and ankles that stay swollen or are accompanied by other symptoms could signal a serious health problem.

In your case, it sounds to me like typical venous insufficiency.
This means that your leg veins doent wotk well and blood inadequately moves up the veins from the legs and feet up to the heart.

Normally, the veins keep blood flowing upward with one-way valves. When these valves become damaged or weakened, the blood leaks back down the vessels and fluid is retained in the soft tissue of the lower legs, especially the ankles and feet.

It also leads to hypostatic dermatitis which is manifested with bruises or dark discolorations.

You should treat this with elastic stockings, keeping leg elevated, applying heparin gel and avoid long standing or walking.

In severe cases, you should see vascular surgeon for further treatment.

Wish you good health. Regards

Brief Answer:
not likely lymphoma

Detailed Answer:
Well, only if lymphoma is located in upper legs and obstruct venous flow but this is not likely so I dont think that lymphoma is related to this. If it doesnt improve on these measures then you can investigate other less common causes. It would be good to do Doppler ultrasound of leg blood flow. it will show us possible issue.
