Question: my creatine level is 4.2 & out urine is 700 ml to 800 ml if my intake is 1 liter or 1.25 lts and I am basically gout patient and my left leg always bloating compare to right leg

In chronic kidney disease the kidneys do not have the capacity to filter the excess water and other substances from the blood. This is leading to build up of substances like creatinine as well as water and leading to swelling of your legs.

The only option seems to be dialysis (which you are currently undergoing). There are two broad modes available - hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. You have to discuss the pros and cons of each and then proceed accordingly.
