Brief Answer:
these are normal signs of early pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm for an opinion,
As you are in early pregnancy , the nausea, mild lower abdominal pain and extension to hip is due to the increasing progesterone levels following pregnancy which causes uterine ligament laxity and hence lower abdominal pain.
The nausea is due to increasing hcg levels and also progesterone induced delayed gastric emptying causing increased gastritis and bloating which leads to nausea. These are normal early pregnancy symptoms. This can be countered by taking an antiemetic like TAB DOXILAY-PR twice a day for 7 days with increased intake of water to counter the progesterone effect. The tablet is safe in pregnancy and contains doxylamine and folic acid.
The 10 th day post positive test scan would be to identify foetal viability by establishing foetal heart rate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
i BELIEVE you were being treated for PCOS or primary infertility and it is when you conceived is it? metformin and mcbm69 MUST HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED PRIOR TO PREGNANCY to keep the ovulation timely and decrease insulin resistance. Now that you have become pregnant, so you may actually stop metformin and mcbm69 and continue susten 200 till atleast 12 weeks. This is progesterone support to pregnancy and is helpful in maintaining pregnancy by allowing placentation.
Nausea, bloating and gastritis is a side effect of progesterone and hcg as mentioned earlier so you may take TAB DOXILAY-PR once a day hence till 12th week , this has folic acid ( prevents congenital defects in child)and doxylamine (which prevents nausea and vomiting). Also to avoid bloating and constipation , increase your daily water intake to 4-5 litres a day.
This should help. Next milestone shall be the next scan called the dating scan where arrival of foetal heart beat shall be evaluated. Avoid intercourse completely to avoid any chances of threatened miscarriage.
Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The idea and rationale behind starting mcbm and metformin stands served as you have got pregnant so if you are not diabetic since earlier or before pregnancy then there is no need to continue it now.
But mcbm 69 can be continued safely anyhow as it has folic acid in it and its not going to harm the foetus in anyway but there has been no evidence that it would prevent miscarriage. It can be taken as multivitamin support during pregnancy and you may continue it.
