Brief Answer:
pain killers, throat sprays, antihistamine, decongestants

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The symptoms are most likely due to a viral infection which would need to run its course but the meds would help her to feel a little better.

She can consider using: (a) oral anti inflammatory pain killers such as ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen. This would help the sore throat

If she wants she can also consider a topical pain killer such as chloroseptic spray, diflam or covonia throat spray to apply directly to the throat.

(b) an antihistamine decongestant combination would help with the sinus drainage and clogged ears eg allegra d, benadryl d, claritine d, zyrtec d etc
There are a number of different types and they would be available over the counter

(c)if there is any facial pain from the sinus congestion then warm compress to the face for 10 to 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day would help.
This can be in the form of a warm cloth

Steam inhalation would also help with drainage

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
