Brief Answer:
If pain persists and is severe , go for a CT Scan.

Detailed Answer:
Hi ,
I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.

I have read your note, that you have pain which is relieved by Aleve. In this kind of injury you might be having concussion.

Please watch for severe headache (increasing in intensity), Vomiting, Drowsiness. If these symptoms appear then you have to go for a CT Scan of head.

If you continue to improve, then nothing more than pain killers is required.

Thanks for the question.
