Suggest Remedies For Red Spots On The Arms

Question: I have red spots on my arms what can it be? I was outside pulling weeds and grass before could this be the cause?

Hello,
Thank you for posting on HCM.
I have reviewed your query and picture and it seems likely that you developed some allergy due to contact of grass/ weeds. Such allergic rash is known as contact irritant dermatitis.
Nothing to worry as it will resolve easily.
Apply hydrocortisone cream and calamine lotion twice a day over affected areas for a week.
Take antihistamines like Benadryl to relieve itching if any.
Cold compresses will also provide some soothing.
Avoid any contact with soap/ perfumes/ synthetic fabric for few days.
