Question: Male 48. Suddenly developed a rash across my body in the last 12 hours. Almost like heat rash and my skin feels like sun burnt skin. Clarityn has not touched it

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It's looking like urticaria an allergic reaction.
I treat such cases with oral and topical steroids.
A combination of oral prednisolone and fluticasone lotion will help you.
Take 30 mg prednisolone daily once and apply cream twice a day for 5 days.
Also take an antihistamine tablet.
You will require a prescription for this, please ask your doctor for the same.
