Suggest Remedies For Nasal Congestion Caused By Allergic Rhinitis

Question: Daily morning when I woke up, I sneeze a lot 5-15 times. Whenever during day time I sneeze, it occurs at least 3-4 times or more. also recently I observe that I lose my smelling ability much so I find it difficult to get taste of food. I also see without cold my nose gets blocked and that time generally I get this smell and taste issue.

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query, and it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the allergic rhinitis.

In this condition I would like to prescribe that
1. Antiallergic medicine Fexofenadine 120 mg with Montelukast 10 mg once in the night.
2. Steroid nasal spray Fluticasone furoate two puffs once a day.
3. Nasoclear nasal wash once a day.
[please get the necessary prescription for these from your local doctor ]

I would also suggest that you may go for the CT scan PNS to rule out the-
1. Deviated nasal septum
2. Sinus disease
