Thanks for posting in HCM.
I am Dr.Barani and I am pleased to assist you.

You may take Tylenol for relief from fever but not more than 3-4 times a day after food.
Drink enough fluids to remain well hydrated as dehydration also can cause constipation.

I need some more information in the meanwhile so that I can guide you better..

1. Since when are you having fever?
2. Since when are you constipated?
3. Any other symptoms?
4. Any other medical illness?
5. What tests done so far?
