Brief Answer:
Possible hepatitis

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but the test results show highly elevated liver function tests and bilirubin levels which suggests a hepatitis infection.. I would recommend that you get a blood test of hepatitis markers including hepatitis A, B and C..
Test results also show a decreased hemoglobin levels which suggests an iron difficiency anemia, so I would recommend that she gets a blood test for iron profile to confirm the diagnosis.. I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion..
