Brief Answer:
Need lab investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Do not worry. The weakness can be due to gastrointestinal infection which he had. But it can be due to bacterial infection as well. So, I would recommend you to go for proper clinical evaluation. Laboratory evaluation especially CBC with peripheral blood smear examination and CRP will be of help. You may upload the reports for my reference.

Hopefully it will be of help.

Take care

Thank You Doctor for your reply.

One more thing is, he dont eat much, we are trying our best to feed him, but he is very resistant towards it which is worrying us much. His urine is fine and he frequently going for it even motions are completely stopped. Only concern is his reluctance toward food and high fever...
