Take sprouts, black gram and lots of salads as fillers in case of hunger.

Brief Answer:
To detect abnormal babies

Detailed Answer:
Double marker test is to see for chromosomal abnormalities in the baby which is very important.
It can identify potentially abnormal babies at a very early stage which is reliable too.
It costs somewhere around 1500-2500 depending on city and labs. I think they are not covered by insurance companies, but you can discuss with your agent.

Brief Answer:
Dietary advise given

Detailed Answer:
As far as Daal is concerned you can take any amount but in frequent intervals.
Avoid taking too much foodstuff at one time.
Likewise avoid 3-4 chapatti at a time and rather take a lot of salad and only 2 chapatis.
Take milk before going to sleep so that there are not long fasting hours.
Always take toned/Skimmed milk and never full cream.
You will be fine on this diet I think.
