Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX, welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your symptoms are mostly indicating of Acute gastroenteritis (stomach bug), it's good to know that your already taking lots of fluids, but I'd suggest to take WHO-ORS solution, 1 pack dissolve in a liter of mineral water and drink it over 2-3 hrs, take another pack dissolve and drink in another 5-6 hrs, repeat the same but drink it over another 12 hrs, this will help you with the ongoing fluid and electrolyte losses..

Have home made foods, avoid spicy foods, have curd and yogurts, porridge, broths, chicken soups etc.

Although Acute gastroenteritis is a self limiting condition over a period of 3-5 days, still, I'm concerned about the pain over the left side and back which can be just a muscle pull, but also can be a sign of underlying infection and inflammation (of the bowel, underlying colicky pain etc.)..

So I'd request you to please get yourself checked up clinically by your Primary care physician and a few relevant investigations too (CBC, LFT, KFT, Stool R.M and culture sensitivity and/ USG of Abdomen)..

If loose motion remains persistent beyond another day or two, then there'll be a need to initiate antibiotics therapy (METRONIDAZOLE combined with any of the Quinolones)..please discuss this with your doctor..

Do let me know if your having any further queries..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
