Brief Answer:
Consult an ENT..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome back..

As per your answer if you do not experience any of the symptoms then also an examination of the throat, tonsils and sinuses along with upper respiratory tract ha to be done to check for any disturbance related to causing bad breath..

As of now you should start gargling with flavoured antiseptic mouthwash..
You should chew flavoured sugarfree chewing gums..
Avoid high aroma foods like onion or garlic..
Drink plenty of water..
Do not keep hungry for long hours as it can also cause bad breath and eat small portions of food every after 2-3 hours..
You can also take steam with a few drops of Eucalyptus oil in boiling water to freshen up your breath..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
