Brief Answer:
Possible allergic reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HealthcareMagic to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like a possible allergic reaction. For this reason I would recommend to take a Loratadine 10 mg or Cetirizine 10 mg once daily at bed time for next 2-3 days.

The weird feeling might also give you a bit of anxiety, don't worry.

It's not likely to happen anything severe apart from these by eating those biscuits.

Drink plenty of water and it will go away from your system fast.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you have other questions or concerns.

Regards,
Dr.Papaqako

Brief Answer:
We need to prevent what is risky if we neglect

Detailed Answer:
Hello again dear,

Your question is very legitimate. But sometimes allergies develop with the time.
The suggestion to take the medicine is to prevent it from getting worse. It may not be an allergy, but we need to make sure about it, because it is too risky to not prevent it.

I believe you should be better now.
Even if it was an anxiety attack, it should be gone by itself now. The biscuit should have been eliminated by your body also.

Try to avoid eating them again, in case this was an allergy, because the next reactions may be worse.

Hope this clarifies and answers to your question.

Let me know if you have more questions.

Regards,
