Brief Answer:
Get done thyroid profile

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the query

I had gone through your attached photograph
It looks like thyroid swelling mimics goiter
A goiter is an enlargement of the thyroid gland. A goiter can occur with either hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. It can sometimes also result from tumors or nodules that develop within the thyroid gland or
perichondritis ( infection of cartilage shows pain and swelling)

i Would like to know
Do have cold insensitivity?
have you gained weight?
Is there any weakness or fatiguebility ?
Is your growth associated with throat pain ?
Above all symptoms goes in favor of Hypothyroidism

I suggest you to to consult General surgeon/Endocrinologist and get detailed examination. So in order to confirm the abnormality in thyroid, you have to get blood thyroid profile which includes,T3,T4 and TSH levels.

If necessary ultrasound neck (to know the size and extent), depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

If you have additional questions or any doubt you are welcome

Take care
