Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Apixaban, Eliquis, is an anticoagulant / blood thinner for the treatment of venous thromboembolism. It is a factor Xa inhibitor.

Warfarin is an alternative for apixaban and can be used if apixaban has side effects that aren't well tolerated. However, its generally well tolerated. With warfarin, INR monitoring becomes a must. Apixaban can be taken without the need for INR monitoring. Unfortunately there is no natural way for anticoagulation.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
