Brief Answer:
Intrauterine devices...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. There are various options for contraception. Calculation method where the safe period is determined, withdrawal (pull out method) and barrier method (condom) are few simple methods of contraception. However these are not very reliable and not absolutely effective.
The next options available are use of contraceptive hormones like oral contraceptive pills and intradermal injection / devices. Though these are very effective the chances of missing pills and injection can affect contraception.

Therefore in this context, for all new couples and for those who have not had children yet, I suggest intrauterine device like copper T. These are easy to be administered (placed). It works effectively as long as it is in position. Further when you are ready for pregnancy, it can be easily removed. You become fertile once the copper T is removed.

Accordingly, I will suggest you visit a gynecologist who will place this copper T within minutes in the clinic.

Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
