Brief Answer:
Paracetamol and perhaps opioids

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

paracetamol (acetaminophen) is safe to use regarding the risk for bleeding and can have additive effect on pain control with celebrex-like drugs.
If the pain cannot be adequately controlled with paracetamol then adding a mild opioid (by mouth) only when the pain is very severe will help more.
Please remember though that opioids, when used for a long time, can cause addiction and tolerance which means that you should only use them when absolutely necessary.
