It appears your husband is suffering from henoch schonlein purpura. For body and joint pains usually we use pain killers and anti inflammatory drugs like paracetamol, ibuprofen, diclofenac, etc. For rash no special medicine is used, local application of calaminol can be done if it is itching or causing irritation. For mild abdominal pain, often we use buscopan.

We need to monitor carefully for complications like kidney failure or acute abdominal pain or intestinal bleeding. If the disease is severe then steroids are used.

I am sure he has or is planning to consult a rheumatologist, who can guide you on the further steps.
