Suggest Medication That Helps To Eliminate Dullness And Blackheads On Face
Question: Doctor, hi I'm XXXXXXX
I'm using cipla saslic face wash, zitmoist gel moisturiser and clixa gel to get rid of black heads and dullness of face......but still dont find it much effective as my face has turned more darker due to black heads.......please suggest what should I do. Also taking tablet oxidon plus daily two times.......wanted to get rid of dullnes and darkening of face asap also the black heads.....
Please suggest.

I can understand your concern. I normally treat my patients with benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel in the morning and adapelene gel at night only on the black heads in minute amounts. Along with this I give them a course of tablet azithromycin. Also if you want quick removal of black heads you can go to a dermatologist and get them extracted.
You should keep your face as dry as possible, avoid applying cream or moisturizer, avoid oiling of scalp and reduce intake of sugary foods. You can continue with the facewash, moisturizer and oxidon plus capsule but do use a sunscreen gel on your entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables. Avoid going out in sun and make use of umbrella, sunglasses and cap whenever out in the sun.
