Suggest Medication For Sugar Level Of 551 While On Novolog
Question: my blood sugar is 551 i have no way to get to ER what do i do im on novolog and levemir flex pens

novolog 14 units 3 times a day before meals the last one given at 7 15 pm today levemir flextouch I will take around 10 30 pm my blood sugar has dropped to 480 I just checked it I will give myself 40 units at 10 30 pm

The level of 480 is still not adequate and you need to take another 10 units subcut as indicated in the last cell of the table.
In the meantime you need to discuss with your doctor about increasing the basal insulin (levemir or insulin detemir). This is very important.
