Suggest Medication For Sore On Buttocks

Question: I have a big sore by butt 2nd time around. Going to start another round of Santyl. It burns so bad what can I do to ease the burning it's really severe burning. Is there an over the counter antibiotic powder and do I put a band aid on it. Will sits bath help? Thank you!

Yes definitely we can go for Triple antibiotic ointment available over the counter. You also need ProCort but I think it is not OTC but very beneficial for you. Bentyl is an enzymatic debriding agent, means it sloughs off the dead tissue in the wound. I think you may also need oral antibiotics but can be decided after seeing the pictures.
