Brief Answer:
Laxatives, supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Piles / hemorrhoids are engorged anal veins due to constipation hard stools and one is worsened by another. Treatment is simple. Manage and control constipation. The best method is diet lifestyle adjustments, more fiber and fluids intake, fresh fruits and vegetables etc. Avoiding spices, cola, beverages, alcohol, smoking etc. Use yogurt and peppermint.

Now cremaffin syrup not working is because that is more an antacid and antispasmodic than laxative. Use laxoberon , senna oil, or many other over the counter laxatives. If those do not help, glycerine suppositories and enema can be considered. If it has been more than a 3 days, visit ER as the hard stools may need manual evacuation.

Apart from it, haemorrhodis will need grading and if they are grade 3 or 4, then will need surgical excision for better outcome.

I hope it helps . Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
