What Do ESR And Lymphocyte Levels Of 34 And 41 Respectively Indicate?

Question: Hi,

Recently I have done by full body check up . my cholesterol was high and my ESR was 34 and Lymphocyte was 41 . Is there anything to worry?

Hello dear. So after going through yoyr reports, it seems you are having metabolic syndrome, which include deranged lipids, prediabetes and raised uric acid. You might be having increased body weight too.
Esr high can occur with it. You require, regular exercises, antilipid drugs and diet control.
You also require vitamin d supplementation.

Hello. Constipation can be easily controlled

Hello again. You require fresh fruits and veggies daily to keep bowel movements adequate. Avoid junk food. Drink plenty of fluids. If that doesnot help, take either lactitol or cremaffin syp at night. You will require a prescription for that. Rashes needs to be clinically examined before any opinion.
