Question: I'm starting using permethrin to get rid of scabies, but I've also heard of people using sulphur soap. Any thoughts on using this?

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

Sulphur soaps can help but it is not the right treatment for scabies.Permethrin topical is the recommended treatment for scabies.
You can use them both ,wash with sulphur soap and then apply permethrin.Only sulphur soap won't cure the infestation.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question.I would be happy to answer.
