Answered by Dr. Sheetal Verma (21 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Depends upon type of malaria.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query at HCM.

I understand your concern and situation.

From your query it seems that you have a malaria fever I presume you have gotten tested. It depends upon type of malaria which can be known by rapid and microscopy for malaria. If you have malaria due to Plasmodium vivax species you need to treat with chloroquine 300 mg for 3 days + Primaquine 0.25 mg per kg body weight daily for 14 days. If P. falciparum you need to treat with artesunate Sulfadoxine Pyramethamine for 3 days + Primaquine Single dose on second day. You can take test accordingly.

As for your blood pressure, treatment depends on stage of hypertension. Thus let me know your BP readings and any medicine that you are taking. For stage 2 hypertension telmisartan and hydrochlorthiazide combination tablet daily can be beneficial. Also get evaluation done by cardiologist.

Take care
Hope I answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Combiflam and chloroquine.

Detailed Answer:
Well come back.

I told you to take treatment according to type of malaria. But if you insist on two drugs I advise combiflam 500 mg to relieve fever and chloroquine 300mg for 3 days for malaria.
Take care
