Brief Answer:
Tell a few details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxx,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I would surely like to answer this at my best but I need to know a few details beforehand-
1)Is the vertigo episodic or continuous?
2)If episodic, for how long does the each episode lasts?Seconds or minutes?
3)If it is positional, does specific neck postures trigger it?If yes, which postures?
4)Do you have associated headache, vomiting or vision abnormalities?
5)Did you get a cervical spine X-Ray done?If yes,please upload.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with above details.

Brief Answer:
Vestibular rehabilitation exercises/Cervical spine X-Ray/BP control.

Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxx,
Thanks for being in follow-up and providing further details.

Considering your clinical history,I suggest you to continue symptomatic treatment with stugeron meanwhile.Further, please learn 'vestibular rehabilitation therapy' exercises from a physical and medical rehabilitation specialist and do these exercises regularly.
Also, good control of blood pressure is vital for improvement of these symptoms. Please consult the treating doctor to adjust antihypertensive medicines if the BP is not properly controlled.
Lastly, for neck stiffness, please get a cervical spine X-ray done and get back to me,here.

If you have any further question,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
