Brief Answer:
Is your headache from sinus congestion?

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

The phenylephrine and tusk should help with the congestion if the headache is from sinus congestion. If you are very stuffed up, then using a saline nasal rinse such as NeilMed or Simply Saline may help. You can buy these at the drug store without prescription and use as often as needed.

But if your headache is not from congestion, you can consider taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) for the pain. However if that doesn't help and the pain is getting very bad, then you should go in to be seen (urgent care or ER) to make sure there isn't anything more serious going on.
