Brief Answer:
You have right kidney stone.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

I have gone through the CT and ultrasound reports attached to the previous query. And there is a clear diagnosis of your pain. You have a right kidney stone. This is the reason of hematuria as well.
Please note that there is one stone visible, but there might be also tiny stones (like a sand) not visible in the CT and ultrasound. And this "sand" is a very common reason of abdominal pain. Such pain can be located deeply on the upper and middle right (or left) side. It can occasionally radiate to the lower abdomen. Back pain can appear as well.

For kidney pain, most effective are muscle relaxing medicines. Especially Hyoscine, Metamizole and in case of strong pain Petidine (morphine similar medicine). Hot bath, increased mineral water intake (3 liters a day) and physical activity (literally jumping) should help with small stones excretion.

If all of this wont help, you should consult urologist and consider stone removal.

If your abdominal pain is related to foods intake and appears along with nausea, lack of appetite, gastroscopy should be done to check the stomach condition.

For hypertension you should start with some ACE inhobitors (angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor) like Lisinopril 5mg once a day or if you have also accelerated heart rate, beta blocker like Bisoprolol 5 mgs.

Please note that hypertension treatment is very individual. For some patients, this medicines can be completely ineffective. And it takes time to find correct medicines. Very often, two or more medicines are necessary (taken together). So it would be good for you to consult your GP.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
