Brief Answer:
additionally weight reduction and exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query and after going through reports, my opinion is as follows:
1. Fatty liver - I - signifies very early changes in fat tissue accumulation in liver. It is completely reversible.
2. If overweight, weight reduction along with moderate exercises is necessary.
3. Diet control with low fat - use diet rich in unsaturated fatty acids. Along with moderate carbohydrates and protein.
4. For fibroid in uterus, if menstrual cycles are associated with heavy bleeding, removal of fibroid maybe necessary. If not, nothing to worry.

Still early stages in liver. Followup with repeat ultrasound after an year with good diet control, weight reduction and exercises.

Also get a lipid profile done to make sure, it is within normal range.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.

Per your reply I have some more query on the point you had put forth

1. You refer to "It is completely reversible." How can this be done ? Is it by medication or something else you suggest.

2. Moderate exercise : Can you mention a few ; is it walking or anything else?

3. Food Control : Any type of food you recommend and dont use ?

4. Fibroid : No issue like bleeding for now so now we are not worrying

Lipid profile has to be checked . Had done a blood test PFA the report.
Also suggest any thing else that needs to be checked specifically
Thanks

Brief Answer:
additional pap smear

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

1. Completely reversible, means it can get back to normal. At present, only fat accumulation, which with right diet, weight reduction and exercises an be reversed.
2. Walking, if possible rapid walking should help. Aerobics good, but depends on patient present physical condition.
3. Fiber rich diet from fruits and vegetables. Other than that, low fat diet. Try to take 6 small meals with fiber forming 50% of it.
4. Do check lipid profile. If more, medications maybe necessary.
5. Nothing else for now. Pap smear can be done.

Hope it helps.
