hello and welcome to Health Care Magic Forum. Thanks for weiting in to us with your health query. key to helathy and clean skin is to drink lots of water and oil free diet. Drink atleast 3-4 litres of water daily. Avoid junk food and outside food which has lots of oil. Deep fried food is a strict no . Take 6-8 potions of fesh fruits and add salad specially cucumber to tour daily diet. You can also take Vitamin E supplements , its supposed to be very good for skin. You can also ave aloe vera juice daily. Strict diet is very hard to follow but applying these general rips for eating will help you not only get a good skin but also stay fit.
