Question: Question for Dr Ratnesh Pandey - Regarding my daughter's constipation problem, I consulted you about a week ago. You prescribed Mag carb and Alumina. We have been giving her the medicines but not much relief. She is still crying a lot while passing stools. She eats a couple of fruits, different cereals, egg and milk every day. I also keep changing to adjust roughage content. Could you please advise further?

Due to long infection problem turns in chronic constipation.
Visit any Homeopathic store and ask the shop keeper for "Yellow tablet"
and its brand. Then depending of brand i will tell you the doses.
Yellow tablet is brand name of the medicine and available in different brands.

I would suggest you to get the medicine and start the treatment. She should also take enough clean drinking water in her diet. Contaminated water is the source of most infections.

I checked for yellow tablet but the homeo pharmacy store in my area does not have it. Instead they asked to take Bio-Combination 4 by the company SBL. Should I take it or should I give something else? We are also trying to increase her water intake.

Yellow tablet is specific medicine in such case and has good effect. SBL also manufactures Yellow tablet. I would not suggest for BC 4 SBL.
That is not a rare medicine and easily available in pharmacy. You can search the medicine in XXXXXXX
You can increase water intake slowly but remember it should be RO purified or boiled water.

I do not stay in XXXXXXX I am in XXXX XXXXXXX and here homeo pharmacies are not too many. But will still check in some other pharmacy. My parents stay in XXXXXXX so if there is no urgency, for example in case of oophorinum, I request them to look for it there. In the meantime, should I continue Mag carb 30 and Alumina 6?

You can manage until you get the medicine.

Meanwhile get the "Opium 30" and give her (orally) 1 drop of medicine with spoon water three times at the interval of 10 minute each in the morning and repeat the same (1 drop of medicine with spoon water three times at the interval of 10 minute each) in the night.
Morning
1 drop of medicine with 1 spoon of water after 10 min 2nd dose 1 drop of medicine with 1 spoon of water after 10 min 3rd dose 1 drop of medicine with 1 spoon of water
Night
1 drop of medicine with 1 spoon of water after 10 min 2nd dose 1 drop of medicine with 1 spoon of water after 10 min 3rd dose 1 drop of medicine with 1 spoon of water)

Continue the earlier medication Mag carb and Alumina.
After getting the medicine Yellow tablet write to us for doses

You can give her directly or by dissolving in the water.
give her once in a day preferably during night after the meal.
