Question: My wife[40yrs] is having cold with sore throat/no running nose since morning, please urgently advice the correct line of treatment along with the precautions and food/fruits that can be avoided.

1 dulcamara 30 6 pills three times in a day
2 sanguneria can 30 6 pills three times in a day

You may take natrum mur 30 In place of sanguneria can 30.

But i would suggest you to take dulcamra 30 this medicine is indicated in cough and coryza in winter season.
