Question: i have this planta wart since three months . i have used planta wart home remedy but it's still the same its really very painfull what should I do...??

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the image.

I suggest freezing with liquid nitrogen as a remedy. Two or three freeze thaw cycles lasting 20- 30 seconds would be all that would be required. Liquid nitrogen would result in destruction of wart bearing tissue which would subsequenty blister, scab and then peel off in 7-10 days.
This is a physician applied remedy and I suggest that you talk to your doctor regarding this.
