default
Posted on Fri, 23 Oct 2015
Question: What exercise should I do to relieve mid-back pain and increase strength in my back? I am unable to stand up straight as I used to. I am 79 yr. old and used to have an erect stature. Since losing height my back has begun to hurt too much to stand upright without a lot of stubborn determination!
