The maximum recommended dose of Stendra is 200 mg taken 15 minutes before sexual activity.
You should not double this dose as it can lead to serious side effects like hypotension, cardiac arrhythmia etc
Stendra should be started at lowest dose ie, 50 mg. Of the lowest dose is not working for you, the dose can be increased to 100 mg and then to 200 mg as needed. However, doses above 200 mg is not recommended.
