Brief Answer:
petril beta 20 mg in night time.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
welcome to HCM.

I have seen the attachment of your cardiologist prescription and ECG.

You are suppose to take petril beta 20 mg in night time and pantoprazole 40 mg after meal which will be most suitable time.

Pantoprazole 40 mg can be taken either after lunch or dinner as per your convenience. However, your Doctor has advised it to take during breakfast time like 8AM as per his prescription.

And yes, these tablets will surely help you and your doctor has advised to go for follow-up checkup after 2 weeks.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have more doubts.

Brief Answer:
Petril beta after dinner.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again,

Take petril beta after 30 minutes of dinner and pantoprazole is a antacid and mostly used to avoid gastric trouble or gastritis, so you can also take it before breakfast (15 minutes) or after lunch which are more or less same.

Some doctors prefer to give before breakfast or some prefer after lunch but you may take it as per your convenience.

If you have more gastric symptoms then it can also be taken twice daily and it is completely safe, devoid of any side effects.

Regards,

Brief Answer:
Pantoprazole can be taken only.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thanks for immediate response.

Yes,you can take pantoprazole 40 mg for 1 month but I will not recommended petril beta 20 mg for that time since it is a prescription drug and some times may cause few side effects.

So,it would be best to take petril beta for 2 weeks only as directed by your doctor.

On follow-up, He will take your ECG after complete clinical examination and then it will be decided whether to continue medication or not based on the reports.

Hope this will clear your doubt.
