Suggest Dosage For Ecosprin And Ovigyn DSR

Question: I had two missed abortions one in 2013 and one in 2015 .one at 9week one at 7week .both same reason and d&c procedure done .
I am planning to conceive .
Doctor prescribed ecosprin 75mg,fol xt ,ovigyn dsr .
My question is ecosprin was always suggested on conception by all ,but this new gynac gave me before conception !is it ok to take ?is ovigyn dsr better then ovacare forte a+b to take ?

Aspirin has no role in preconceptional period

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Aspirin has no role in preconceptional period.
It increases the blood flow to the fetus in pregnancy, thus has role in pregnancy.
Both ovacare and ovigyn dsr are drugs which facilitate in conceiving.
Hence, you can take either of two.
However, these drugs do not help in preventing miscarriage.

So I should not start aspirin 75mg as suggested ?
I was takeing ovacare forte a+b combination twice daily ,my concern with stopping this and starting ovigyn dsr is the side effect of hair loss which u read online ,my amh is low and I am already trying for a year for conception !
My b12,tsh all levels are normal leaving D3
What should I finally start !
Recently prescribed :
Fol XT
Drise 60k once weekly
Ecosprin 75mg
Ovigyn DSR

No use of taking aspirin preconceptionally

Hi dear, as I already told you, there is no use of taking aspirin in preconceptional period. You can take ovacare, as it is better for patients with low AMH levels.
